Our diverse recovery support groups address various pathways and needs.

AA (Our Finite Selves): An open Big Book meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous welcoming to all.

Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA): A Twelve-Step program of people who grew up in dysfunctional families.

Al-Anon: A Twelve-Step program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.

Alcohólicos Anónimos (en Español): Alcohólicos Anónimos es una comunidad de hombres y mujeres que comparten su mutua experiencia, fortaleza y esperanza para resolver su problema común y ayudar a otros a recuperarse del alcoholismo.

All Pathways to Recovery: A topic discussion meeting that embraces all pathways to recovery. Welcoming to all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction and/or support the recovery lifestyle.

BIPOC AA (Walking Each other Home): This Alcoholics Anonymous home group is intended to serve BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) AAs in a warm, welcoming, and affirming space, which allows for shared experiences, honest dialogue, and mutual support rooted in our identities within the context of how it is connected to our alcoholism and recovery.

Coffee with a Coach: Enjoy a cup of coffee with one of our peer recovery coaches and learn more about what recovery coaching is.

Community Fridge Volunteering: Join us every Friday to clean the Community Fridge and Pantry in JP (located behind City Feed & Supply - 672 Centre St.) Sign up by talking to a staff member!

Community Meeting: Community Meetings are a time for members to bring up new ideas, discuss issues pertinent to the center, propose and vote on policies and procedures, etc.

Creative Writing: A weekly creative writing group, no experience necessary! Exploring recovery and connection through writing; prompts provided.

Eating Disorders Anonymous (EDA): A Twelve-Step fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recover from their eating disorders.

Group Facilitation 101: New to facilitating peer support groups or want to brush up on your skills? Join us on the first Thursday of every month to learn the basics of running a peer group.

Mindful Meditation: A staff-led meditation to help you learn to stay present, grateful, and at peace.

Marijuana Anonymous (MA): A Twelve-Step program focused entirely on a shared problem with marijuana or cannabis addiction.

NA (Monday Afternoon Group): a Narcotics Anonymous meeting welcoming to all. This meeting is focused on the Guiding Principle Book.

Pathway of Pride: A safe LGBTQIA+ space to talk about all things recovery and connect with peers. We find strength and empowerment in our identity, and sobriety, and in turn, build a loving community.

Orientation & Oreos: Learn about what a Peer Recovery Support Center is and what we do at the JPRC.

Recovery Capital: A group to help people obtain and sustain recovery by understanding what recovery capital is and how to apply it to their own recovery.

Refuge Recovery: Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist-oriented, systematic approach to treating and recovering from all forms of addiction.

Recovery Playlist: Join us for a supportive group experience where music takes center stage. Share songs that have meaning in your recovery journey and discover how others find hope, strength, and connection through the power of music. All are welcome. Interactive page and QR Code here!

Recovery Dharma: Offers a trauma-informed, empowered approach to recovery based on Buddhist principles. The program is peer-led and non-theistic.

SMART Recovery: An evidence-informed approach to overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life.

Secular AA: An AA meeting that assures suffering alcoholics that they can find sobriety without having to accept anyone else's beliefs or deny their own. Non-religious AA.

Rise & Recover: Start your day off on a positive note! Join us every weekday morning for a daily reading and peer-led check in to support and motivate recovery.
